Dr. Elizabeth Malveaux-Hudson, PhD
Founder, Executive Director & Owner
EdYouth Foundation | EdYouth Counseling | EdYouth Pathways

I founded the EdYouth ecosystem with a vision to help youth and young adults move from uncertainty to opportunity. Through EdYouth Foundation, EdYouth Counseling, and EdYouth Pathways, our mission is to connect young people and families with the support, guidance, education, and opportunities they need to thrive.

With more than 25 years of experience in education, counseling, leadership, and youth development, I have served as a middle school counselor, high school counselor, Director of Guidance and Counseling, university professor, and School Counseling Program Coordinator. These experiences have shaped my commitment to helping youth overcome barriers, discover their strengths, and build successful futures.

I hold a PhD in Counseling and have dedicated my career to supporting students, families, and communities through education, mentorship, resilience-building, and pathway-focused opportunities. The EdYouth ecosystem was created to provide comprehensive support through behavioral health services, mentorship, educational success, future readiness, and community partnerships.

Today, I lead the vision and strategic direction of the organization alongside a dedicated team of professionals, including Clinical Director Dr. Felicia Lewis, behavioral health professionals, case managers, educators, community partners, and supporters who share a passion for empowering youth and strengthening families.

Together, we are committed to helping young people build resilience, achieve their goals, and create brighter futures.

Our mission is simple: Empower Youth. Build Futures. Transform Communities.
