Who we are
About EdYouth Foundation (Updated Positioning)
EdYouth Foundation is a community-driven nonprofit dedicated to supporting transition-age youth (16–25) as they move toward independence, stability, and meaningful employment. We place a strong emphasis on serving young adults who are aging out of foster care, justice-involved, or at risk of becoming disconnected from education and the workforce.
Our program provides an integrated model of behavioral health support, life skills development, workforce training, and employment placement, designed to address both the personal and practical challenges young adults face during this critical stage of life.
At EdYouth, we focus on the whole person. Through mobile behavioral health services, leadership and life skills training, and industry-aligned workforce certifications, we help participants build emotional resilience, strengthen decision-making, and develop the skills necessary to succeed in today’s workforce.
By partnering with community organizations, clinical professionals, and employer networks, EdYouth creates clear pathways that connect young adults to training, support services, and real employment opportunities—empowering them to build stable, self-sufficient futures.
Our Mission
Our mission is to support young people as they build the confidence, life skills, and resilience needed to create positive futures. Through mentorship, behavioral health support, and career pathway opportunities, we help youth ages 16-24 develop the tools necessary to navigate challenges, grow personally, and pursue meaningful education and employment opportunities.
Our Values
Our Approach
At EdYouth Foundation, we believe that meaningful change happens when young people are supported both personally and professionally. Our approach focuses on helping youth develop the emotional strength, life skills, and practical tools needed to navigate challenges and pursue opportunities for growth.
We work with young people ages 16-25 through a structured program that combines mentorship, behavioral health support, leadership development, and career pathway exposure. Participants receive guidance from trained professionals and mentors who help them build confidence, strengthen decision-making skills, and develop healthy habits that support long-term success.
Our programs are designed to address the real challenges many young people face today. By integrating counseling support, life-skills education, and workforce preparation, we create an environment where youth can grow personally while preparing for education, training, and employment opportunities.
Through partnerships with community organizations, educators, clinical professionals, and industry leaders, we help connect young people to the resources and opportunities that can change the trajectory of their lives.
Who We Partner With
Looking Ahead
At EdYouth Foundation, we believe that supporting young people requires strong collaboration across the community. Our work is strengthened through partnerships with organizations that share our commitment to helping youth build healthier, more stable, and opportunity-filled futures.
We partner with schools, community organizations, behavioral health professionals, and workforce training providers to ensure that participants receive the guidance, support, and opportunities they need to succeed. These partnerships allow us to connect young people to mentorship, counseling resources, life-skills education, and career pathways that prepare them for meaningful employment.
We also collaborate with employers and industry partners who are committed to investing in the next generation. Together, we help create real opportunities for young people to explore careers, develop practical skills, and transition into education, training, and employment.
Through these partnerships, we are able to create a supportive network that helps young people move forward with confidence and purpose.
At EdYouth Foundation, we are committed to expanding opportunities for young people who are ready to build stronger futures. As our programs grow, we aim to deepen our partnerships with schools, community organizations, clinical professionals, and industry leaders to create more pathways for youth to succeed.
Our goal is to provide young people with the support, guidance, and practical skills they need to overcome challenges and move toward meaningful education, training, and employment opportunities. By investing in the growth and resilience of young people today, we are helping to build stronger communities for tomorrow.
