Our mission is to empower youth and young adults ages 16 and older with the guidance, wraparound support, workplace-readiness skills, professional development, and connections needed to prepare for employment, continued education, stability, and long-term economic independence.

Through career exploration, workforce readiness, individualized success coaching, mentoring, family engagement, employment preparation, employer connection, job-search support, clinical support, and community-resource navigation, we help participants build confidence, strengthen professional and life skills, identify career goals, address barriers, and take meaningful next steps toward opportunity and long-term career growth.

Participants may access appropriately licensed counseling, behavioral-health, and substance-use support through EdYouth professionals or qualified community-provider referrals. Clinical participation is voluntary, confidential, and separate from employment, hiring, placement, scheduling, discipline, and workforce decisions.

EdYouth helps participants prepare to pursue available entry-level employment opportunities and connect with employers, education providers, apprenticeship programs, and community resources. Hiring timelines and opportunities vary based on participant readiness, age, available positions, employer screening requirements, transportation, schedules, and employer hiring decisions.

EdYouth Foundation provides workforce-readiness support, clinical and community-resource navigation, career exploration, employment preparation, employer connection, and future workforce-pipeline opportunities. Employment, interviews, wages, hours, job placement, credential completion, continued employment, admission to external education or training programs, and participation in future paid-work opportunities are not guaranteed. Employers, education providers, training organizations, and other external partners independently make all hiring, admission, credentialing, and participation decisions.
