EdYouth Foundation supports 15-19 through wraparound workforce readiness, career exploration, individualized success coaching, life-skills development, mentoring, family engagement, employer connection, clinical support, and community-resource navigation.
We focus on young people who may face barriers related to education, employment, stability, housing, transportation, behavioral health, substance use, justice-system involvement, family circumstances, or a successful transition into adulthood. Participants receive practical, individualized support to build confidence, strengthen professional and life skills, identify goals, address barriers, and take meaningful next steps toward employment, stability, continued education, and long-term economic independence.
EdYouth’s Workforce Readiness & Employer Connection Initiative helps participants strengthen workplace readiness, professional communication, customer-service skills, résumé development, interview preparation, digital job-search skills, time management, attendance, financial readiness, and career planning. Participants may also receive mentoring, individual success planning, community-service opportunities, and support connecting with employers and community resources.
Our workforce-pipeline focus is multi-family operations, resident services, property support, customer service, hospitality-style service, front-desk support, retail, food service, housekeeping, event support, and other safe, age-appropriate entry-level employment opportunities. Participants may explore construction, facilities, and maintenance careers for awareness and future planning; technical work, trade licensing, apprenticeship participation, and external training are pursued only through qualified external employers, licensed providers, or approved programs, as applicable.
EdYouth Foundation provides wraparound youth and workforce support through individualized success planning, mentoring, family engagement, case-management support, transportation and resource navigation, employment-retention coaching, community-service opportunities, and connections to food, housing, identification, legal assistance, education, financial stability, health, and other community resources.
Licensed counseling, behavioral-health, and substance-use support may be provided by appropriately licensed professionals or through referrals to qualified community providers. Participation in workforce readiness, employment preparation, employer connection, volunteer activities, or future paid-work opportunities is voluntary and is not conditioned on receiving counseling or other clinical services. Clinical information is confidential and is not used to make employment, hiring, scheduling, discipline, or placement decisions.

EdYouth Foundation partners with schools, juvenile-justice professionals, families, employers, workforce organizations, behavioral-health providers, and community organizations to support youth and young adults ages 15 and older.
Our wraparound model combines workforce readiness, individualized success coaching, employment preparation, mentoring, family engagement, community-resource navigation, and access to appropriately licensed counseling, behavioral-health, and substance-use support. Clinical services are voluntary, confidential, and separate from employment, hiring, placement, scheduling, discipline, and workforce decisions.
EdYouth is building a youth workforce pipeline that helps participants move from readiness and stabilization to employment preparation, employer connection, paid-work opportunities when available, employment-retention support, and long-term economic independence.
Our current workforce focus includes multi-family operations, resident services, property support, customer service, hospitality-style service, front-desk support, retail, food service, housekeeping, event support, and other safe, age-appropriate entry-level employment opportunities. Participants may be connected to employers, community partners, supportive services, and external education, apprenticeship, or training opportunities based on their interests, readiness, age, available opportunities, and applicable requirements.
EdYouth also helps participants and families navigate housing, food, transportation, identification, legal needs, education, financial stability, healthcare, behavioral health, substance-use recovery, and other supportive resources.

Our Story
EdYouth Foundation was founded on the belief that every young person deserves access to guidance, support, stability, and real opportunities to build a stronger future.
Workforce preparation, supportive relationships, and meaningful employment can change lives. Yet many youth and young adults face personal, family, financial, educational, transportation, housing, behavioral-health, substance-use, justice-system, and other barriers that can make the transition to adulthood and work more difficult. EdYouth Foundation helps young people take practical next steps by building confidence, strengthening workplace readiness, addressing barriers, and connecting to supportive resources and opportunities.
